He was a member of the Editorial Board of the Road Map to Tax Reform Project, which drove the Bush Administration’s tax reform agenda. Dan is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court and is enrolled to practice before the IRS. Dan is also the Executive Director of the Taxpayers Defense Institute, formally known as Tax Freedom Institute, Inc., a national association of tax professionals.
